Hayya Plaza was far from ideal. The rooms were tiny and not cleaned during the entire stay, which was really disappointing. The location is decent as it’s near Haram, but everything else made the stay quite unpleasant. Service was unhelpful and the facilities were basically non-existent, leading to a very unsatisfactory experience overall.

My experience at Hayya Plaza was extremely disappointing. The room we stayed in was uncomfortably small and the overall cleanliness was appalling. Despite being in a Muslim country, the lack of basic hygiene was shocking. The reception service was frustratingly unhelpful and rude. The only upside was that the hotel was in a decent location, but I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the poor condition and service.
